The Sandbanks Boat Show will be open daily from 10am to 5pm from

11th - 13 May and admission is free.

Salterns Marina, located in Poole in Dorset, enjoys the sheltered waters of Europe's largest natural harbour and is home to 285 berths including 75 swinging moorings.  Salterns has been established for over 30 years and offers the comprehensive range of facilities you would expect from a 5 Gold Anchor Marina and Blue Flag achiever including a waterside bar and restaurant.

Princess Motor Yacht Sales is pleased to announce a successful show at the Tüyap International Boat Show, the world’s second largest boat show ashore.

With more than 400 leading global brands, the fair, held at the Tüyap Fair and Convention Center, Büyükçekmece in Istanbul, took place in 11 halls on a total exhibition area of 85,000 m2.

It was a great opportunity for Princess Motor Yacht Sales to make new connections in an expanding and dynamic global market.

PMYS had 4 Princess models on display, including the Princess V72 and V52 sports yachts and the highly popular 64 and 60 flybridge models.

Aiming to become the meeting point for all marine enthusiasts, the Tüyap İstanbul Boat Show hosts a great variety of marine vessels in addition to water sports, diving and fishing equipment, marine accessories, yacht and marina services and all kinds of devices, systems and equipment that may be required.

Representatives from Princess Motor Yacht Sales were present to assist new and existing clients during this 8 day show.

The whole Princess team worked incredibly hard throughout the duration of the show and it certainly paid off with many existing and potential clients visiting this very up‐beat show giving numerous new leads to follow through.

The stand looked fantastic and bigger than ever. Well done to everyone who worked at this show.

Princess Yachts International enjoyed another successful evening at the annual IPC magazines Motor Boat of the Year awards where, the already highly acclaimed Princess V52 picked up the coveted title of ‘Motor Boat of the Year’ for the Sports Cruisers category.

The V52 was said to be the ‘unanimous choice’ of the judges and the one boat in the most competitive category that the judges would (if it were their money) most like to buy for themselves. “The V52 is a boat which offers an almost implausibly well-balanced package of handling, performance, accommodation and practicality.” Enthused Motorboats Monthly. “It’s the supreme jack-of-all-trades that leaves its owners with nothing to complain about and an awful lot to celebrate”.

It is not the first time Princess have collected the award in the Sports Cruisers category with the V62 and V45 both picking up the award in previous years, emphasising the Company’s strength in the performance motor yacht sector.  Managing Director Chris Gates was delighted with the accolade.  “We take real pride in making every Princess the best they can be so to receive independent recognition that you have succeeded is extremely rewarding. The whole team can be very proud of this award, it is yet another testimony to the passion we have throughout the Company to produce world class boats”

The V52 was just one of twelve Princess craft on display at the London International Boat Show including the brand new V57 and V39 Sports Yachts which received her world premier at the show.  The model is also on display on stand 6E41 at Boot Dusseldorf 2012.

Princess Yachts International is set for another significant London Boat Show in January, an appropriate start to what will be a landmark year for the brand.  2012 will see the Plymouth based boat builder launch both the smallest vessel it has produced for over a decade and the largest the company has ever built.

London’s Excel once again as the 32M takes pride of place in the boardwalk to provide a magnificent centre piece for the whole show.  However, it is expected that it will be a much smaller model that will grab the attention as the highly anticipated Princess V39 receives her world premier and marks a stunning return to the sub-40 foot sector for the brand.

The new Princess V39 provides a very welcome proposition for those who prefer smaller craft yet still demand the very best in style, performance and quality. A unique hull design and powerful Volvo D6-330 engines ensure she is both exhilarating and economical with quick transition to plane and highly efficient cruising speeds.

Her interior is light and spacious and, as with every Princess, she is finished with the finest materials,

craftsmanship and detailing throughout. The large saloon and well equipped galley combine for a highly sociable entertaining space and both cabins are generously proportioned and contemporarily styled.

She has also been designed to be as practical as she is elegant with an expansive teak-laid cockpit complete with large wetbar and generous seating and a transom platform large enough to accommodate a tender.

With a list price of £235,000 (ex tax) the new V39 is set to redefine the standard for her class and in

keeping with the rest of the Princess V Class range, truly is a sports cruiser without compromise.

The new Princess V57 will also be making her international debut at the London Boat Show, another superb addition to the ever popular Princess V Class range, she is elegant, exhilarating and incredibly spacious.

A large main deck saloon with large opening sunroof and triple sliding doors connects beautifully to the aft cockpit to provide a truly exhilarating ‘open boating’ experience. Yet, with doors and roof closed, also offers the perfect haven to escape from the heat of the day without sacrificing the wonderful views.

A submersible bathing platform and large garage for a tender or jet-ski make enjoying watersports from

the  V57 a real pleasure and the large sun bed and generous seating in the cockpit make this the perfect place to relax or soak up the sun.

Down below, the intelligent use of space makes the V57 feel like a much larger craft. The galley is stylishly equipped and finished, and the three light-filled cabins all have spacious en-suite bathrooms. The owner’s stateroom is positioned aft where it enjoys the full beam, while the forward double cabin can be fitted with optional scissor berths for greater flexibility.

Princess 40M - Spring 2012 will see the most significant product launch for the company to date as the first Princess tri-deck yacht, the 40M, is revealed. As well as having an incredible 12 models on display, Princess will also have the very latest information regarding this impressive new flagship available at the show.
