Directions to Plymouth Office

Please find below the following directions, to help you find us.

From Exeter(A38)

Please contact us before travelling to our Plymouth office to arrange the unlocking of the lifting barrier at the entrance to our car park.

• Leave the A38 at the Plymouth junction. Follow the slip road down onto ‘Marsh Mills' Roundabout.

• Take the first exit off the roundabout towards City Centre (you will see Sainsbury's supermarket on your left).

• Stay in the middle lane along this road with the river on your left. At the end of this road you will bear off left and go under a bridge.

• Once under the bridge you will be in the right hand lane. Change lanes so you are now in the left hand lane.

• You will then approach a roundabout; follow the lane left onto Exeter Street and stay in the left hand lane.

• At the first set of traffic lights carry straight on.

• Then turn left onto Bretonside Road at traffic lights opposite Esso Garage.

• Continue to the mini roundabout and turn left

• Go over the pedestrian crossings and take the first left then turn right and continue for 50 yards where you will find parking spaces on the left.

• Princess Motor Yacht Sales office is the first office as you enter Sutton Harbour Marina building

• Travelling south from the A38                    

   

• Leave A38 at the first exit for Plymouth

 

• Take the City Centre exit (first) from Marsh Mills roundabout

 

• Follow this road, initially in the middle lane and after the turning for Mutley move into the left lane

 

• You will go under a footbridge painted with seagulls. Shortly after this, there is a left hand feeder lane signposted for the City Centre. Take this road

 

• Follow this road to the next roundabout

 

• Take the first exit into Exeter Street

 

• Follow this road through two sets of traffic lights until you reach the next roundabout which has the remains of a war-bombed church upon it.

 

• Take the first exit and almost immediately you reach another roundabout

 

• Take the third exit into Royal Parade

 

• At the next roundabout, take the second exit into Union Street

 

• At the next roundabout, take the second exit (still Union Street)

 

• At the next roundabout, take the first exit into Durnford Street and Princess Yachts International is located on the right hand side.

 

• If you report to the Security Gate, they will advise you if we have spaces available in the car park.
