Directions to Plymouth Office

Please find below the following directions, to help you find us.

From Exeter(A38)

Please contact us before travelling to our Plymouth office to arrange the unlocking of the lifting barrier at the entrance to our car park.

• Leave the A38 at the Plymouth junction. Follow the slip road down onto ‘Marsh Mills' Roundabout.
• Take the first exit off the roundabout towards City Centre (you will see Sainsbury's supermarket on your left).
• Stay in the middle lane along this road with the river on your left. At the end of this road you will bear off left and go under a bridge.
• Once under the bridge you will be in the right hand lane. Change lanes so you are now in the left hand lane.
• You will then approach a roundabout; follow the lane left onto Exeter Street and stay in the left hand lane.
• At the first set of traffic lights carry straight on.
• Then turn left onto Bretonside Road at traffic lights opposite Esso Garage.
• Continue to the mini roundabout and turn left
• Go over the pedestrian crossings and take the first left then turn right and continue for 50 yards where you will find parking spaces on the left.
• Princess Motor Yacht Sales office is the first office as you enter Sutton Harbour Marina building

• A508 to Kingsthorpe
• Turn left at traffic lights on to A5076 Holly Loge Drive leading to Moulton Park Industrial Estate.
• Follow the Talavera Way, over the Round Spinny Roundabout
• Over one roundabout
• Next roundabout turn right onto Great Billing Way.
• Follow this to the roundabout over the A45.
• Go straight over this roundabout following signs for Billing Aquadrome.
• Small roundabout with BP garage on - go straight over, passed garden centre on left.
• Through set of traffic lights over small bridge.
• We are just over the bridge on the left hand side.
