Administrator – Warwick
Due to increased sales and ongoing expansion, Princess Motor Yacht Sales is adding to their team of Administrators, at our head office in Warwick, UK.
Hours: Mon-Fri / 8.30am – 4.30pm
We are looking for a candidate with a high level of accuracy to assist in the sales process of yachts. The role will predominately involve data entry and, as the process of buying a yacht is very in-depth, it’s extremely important that the information input into the system by the Administrator is accurate. With this in mind we are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, high levels of accuracy and the ability to focus. Responsibilities will also include cover for the Sales Administrators when required.
The role will be held at the Head Office of an ever growing yacht company. This would suit someone who has a passion for the ocean, yachting/sailing with experience in an Administration – based role, preferably with Boat Administration, Vehicle Sales Admin, Estate Agency Admin or Conveyancing.
The Requirements
- To manage a daily level of high accuracy
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- A genuine interest or passion for the ocean, yachting/sailing
- Proven experience as an administrator within industries such as the motor trade, estate agencies or conveyancing
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- The use of a database named Kerridge
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
