Concierge/Aftersales Advisor – Mallorca
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Concierge to join the Princess Motor Yacht Sales team in Mallorca, working from our aftersales repair office in Son Bugadelles.
Monday to Friday 9.00am-6.00pm + Saturday’s 10.00am-2.00pm on a rota (currently 1 in 4)
Experience:
This would suit someone with experience of time management and multiple responsibilities, someone who excels with a busy and changing workload. The main priority is the desire to deliver a 5* customer experience at all times, so whilst Marine Industry would be beneficial, we’re also keen to hear from those with training in high-level customer service, perhaps Hospitality or Automotive.
We’re looking for someone who is extremely customer-focused, energetic and target-driven – there will be plenty of sales opportunities within the role, with this in mind we would welcome someone to the team who is great at building rapport and maximising sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Serve as primary point of contact for our clients aftersales needs, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns
- Collaborate with the maintenance and operations teams to oversee yacht preparations and necessary repairs
- Address any technical issues or concerns raised by clients
- Proactively gather client feedback to enhance our services and exceed expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry such as 5* resorts
- Currently residing on the island
- Fluent in English, written and spoken. Spanish and/or German would be beneficial
