Our expanding yacht service team in Mallorca moved to a larger and better equipped service centre in Son Bugadellas last year. The new centre has been designed with our service team in mind, to adapt to the needs of a growing team of office staff and field-based engineers. Our owners on the island can come and enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere in which to meet with their concierge and discuss any retrofit or retail work they desire on board their vessel. With an expansive showroom facility to showcase the latest Retrofit products, as well as a larger parts department offering greater stock, we are able to provide a more complete service to our owners.

Princess Motor Yacht Sales brings together over 50 engineers across the UK and Mallorca. This move ensures our service team in Mallorca are able to offer the same quality of service as we can in the UK, with facilities to match their brilliant expertise. We are proud to unveil a fully-equipped carpentry and engineering workshop, giving us the room to expand our services to more boats on the island.

From specialist carpentry to GRP paint and polish, to retrofit upgrades, installations and toys and tenders - our team of multi-skilled engineers can welcome you in Son Bugadellas or travel within the Balearics to your berth. We can even offer a complete gardiennage service, with flexible packages available year-round. Plus, with an expansive stock of genuine Princess parts available from our base here in Mallorca, we can ensure that whatever part you require can be picked, packed and dispatched to you, wherever you are.

Meet Sara Jones, Customer Service Manager
Sara is based in Son Bugadellas as the Customer Service Manager. She is on hand to manage a team of dedicated concierges as well as being able to assist directly with owners on any service requirements they may have. This includes gardiennage and cleaning, warranty, retrofit, maintenance checks and much more.

Born and raised in Mallorca, Sara knows the island well and brings with her 15 years of experience from the hotel industry into this role. After working in a variety of 5-star hotels around the world, she knows what a 5-star experience looks like - and that's what she intends to give our customers. Sara has worked and lived around the world, from California to Barcelona and London, so it's fair to say that she is well-travelled.

For those new to boating, or seeking inspiration in new destinations - Sara is your go-to for local tips and quiet anchorages. She is an owner's main point of contact here in Mallorca, ensuring their season on the island is completely relaxing and enjoyable.
