Our team of Princess-trained engineers in Southampton are on hand to assist with the servicing and ongoing maintenance of your yacht. Whether it's regular annual servicing including winter works, or a one-off GRP paint job - our multi-skilled team of 19 technicians can either receive your yacht at Saxon Wharf or travel to where you're berthed. What's more, we are also a Volvo Penta approved boat dealer, so we can carry out essential Volvo maintenance works on our owners yachts, approved by the manufacturer. You're in safe hands with us.

Saxon Wharf Marina boasts a 200-tonne boat hoist as well as heavy duty, fully serviced pontoons able to accommodate boats of up to 80 metres. Its position so close to the Solent makes it a highly desirable location for marine industries. Our expansive centre here is home to our main south-coast service operation, as well as the Princess Parts online store.

For our customers and owners in Swanwick Marina, an aftersales concierge remains there to continue with the same level of quality service. We will also offer Swanwick customers a valet service where we can take your boat to Saxon Wharf to be serviced and return it to Swanwick Marina for you.

Your yacht concierge: Tamara Geen
Tami has been working for Princess Motor Yacht Sales, based in Saxon Wharf, Southampton, since August 2019. Her primary role as a concierge here means she is the one point of contact for south coast owners. Whether it's for repairs or maintenance, technical enquiries, or just advice on the best local spots for cruising. Tami has lived in Southampton all her life, so knows the area very well.

Before Princess Motor Yacht Sales, she worked within service and aftersales at a busy auto garage on the south coast. Dealing with boat parts isn't too different to car parts, except you won't normally find an ice cooler or a fridge in a car. Tami has always worked in customer service, so understands the need for great quality customer service. She will strive to always put her customer first, and deliver a premium experience.

Outside of her working week, she is kept busy by her animals at home - four cats, a dog, a parrot and chickens! Tami also enjoys travelling, mainly escaping to sunnier climates, so you're sure to find plenty to talk about as well as your yachting requirements.
