Marine Service Advisor
We are looking for a Marine Service Advisor with previous experience in the yachting industry and a proven ability to advise clients on the best solutions for boat repair, maintenance, and retrofitting.
The ideal candidate should have:
Deliver excellent customer service skills
Have a can-do attitude
Demonstrated sales and advisory skills, with the ability to guide clients toward the most suitable solutions for their boat’s maintenance and repairs.
A flexible approach
Proven experience working effectively as part of a successful, collaborative team
Key responsibilities will include:
Ensure all work is communicated to both retail customers and internal departments in a timely manner.
Provide customer/Internal department estimates according to company policy schedules, time, and pricing.
To ensure all completed work is invoiced within 24 hours of completion.
To use manufacturer systems to claim any warranty work for the Princess and Argo brands.
To liaise with departmental managers daily.
Prepare and present invoices and obtain payment in line with company procedures.
Maintain and update database with boat and customer details.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations in accordance with company policy.
