Returns
RETURNS:
If you are unsatisfied with your product or you’ve changed your mind, no problem – our returns policy gives you 40 days, from purchase date, to return or exchange an item purchased online with a valid order form. It’s free and easy to return parts to us:
- If you’re local, simply drop your ordered part, along with the order form, to either our Swanwick Service office at Swanwick Marina, Southampton or to our Turnchapel Facility in Plymouth and we’ll take care of the rest. Whilst you’re there, we can order a replacement for you.
- Return in the post using Royal Mail: Complete the returns form on your order form summary and pack the form along with the item securely into its original packaging. Attach the prepaid Royal Mail return postage label provided, and take it to your nearest Post Office. Make sure to ask for a ‘proof of postage’ receipt.
Please note electrical items can only be returned if unopened and remaining in original packaging. Please contact us directly for any special orders, or if you require further information.
