Administrator, Warwick
We are looking for a candidate with a high level of accuracy to assist in the sales process of luxury motor yachts . The role will predominately involve data entry and with this in mind, we are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, high levels of accuracy and the ability to focus.
The role would suit someone with experience in General Administration, Vehicle Sales Administration, Estate Agency Administration, Boat Administration or Conveyancing.
• To manage a daily level of high accuracy
• Maintain and update company databases and records
• Proven experience as an administrator within industries such as the motor trade, estate agencies or conveyancing
• Discretion when handling confidential information
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• The use of databases ADP Key-Loop (also known as “Kerridge”) and Hub-Spot [either desirable but not essential]
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
