Marine Customer Advisor, Puerto Banus
We are looking for a Marine Customer Advisor who is a forward thinking organised individual to carry out our customer communications and administration tasks within our busy service department.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Must hold Spanish residency – working permit in the European Union
- Fluency in multiple languages including English and Spanish
- History of dealing with high net worth individuals
- Experience within the marine industry
- Must be resident in Puerto Banus
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure all work is communicated to both retail customers and internal departments in a timely manner.
- To be available for all technical enquires and back up our concierges to give customers/Internal departments correct technical information.
- Provide customer/Internal department estimates according to company policy schedules, time, and pricing.
- To ensure all completed work is invoiced within 24 hours of completion.
- To be responsible for the used boat preparation team.
- To sign off all used boat preparation work.
- To use manufacturer systems to claim any warranty work for the Princess and Argo brands.
- To liaise with departmental managers daily.
- To be the point of contact for customers until all handover issues are resolved.
- Be the main point of contact for all Argo customers.
- Prepare and present invoices and obtain payment in line with company procedures.
- Ensure the defect reports and quality control reports are correctly completed by the workshop staff, and are used correctly under the Manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain and update database with boat and customer details.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations in accordance with company policy.
