Executive Personal Assistant – Warwick

Argo Nautical Limited, the parent company of Princess Motor Yacht Sales, is in an exciting period of growth, as we look for an Executive Personal Assistant to join this privately-owned business and contribute to our progressive, entrepreneurial spirit. Our business has an excellent reputation for customer service and high-quality delivery in the luxury marine sector both in the UK and internationally, and we are looking for someone who embodies these values.

The Role

As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with the Company’s Senior Executives to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis. You will help the senior executive team make the best use of their time by dealing with varied administrative tasks including:

  • maintaining diaries
  • arranging appointments
  • organising meetings
  • creation of meeting agendas and subsequent minutes
  • booking transport and accommodation
  • liaising with staff, customers and local suppliers

The Candidate

• Friendly, confident and professional individual who has a strong secretarial or administrative background with proven organisational ability.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills, and they must take pride in the presentation and accuracy of their work.
• Pro-active with a high degree of initiative.
• The ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
• Fully competent in using a wide variety of software packages.
• Experience of implementing and maintaining procedures and administrative systems.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times, respecting the privacy of the executive and their family.

Contract & Hours

5 days per week

8.30 am – 5pm

Flexibility to work additional hours as and when the needs of the business require

Salary range

Circa £35,000 (depending on experience)
