Quoting Advisor and Workshop Deputy, Mallorca
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Quoting Advisor and Workshop Deputy, to oversee and prepare daily quoting, ensure high standards of work, and support the efficiency of our engineering team, as well as supporting the Project Manager in the daily operation of the engineering team.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Must hold Spanish residency – working permit in the European Union
- Fluency in multiple languages including English and Spanish
- Strong knowledge of boat machinery and repairs
- Experience working with and within a team
- Used to work under pressure.
- Good understanding of the various aspects of marine systems.
- Must be resident in Mallorca
Key responsibilities will include:
- Prepare accurate estimates in a timely manner, meeting required quality and format standards
- Provide technical advise to the admin staff as needed and requested
- Ensure all work is completed to a consistently high standard.
- Check that all work is done correctly and report any issues
- Support the Project Manager in the workshop in daily tasks
