Technical Warranty Advisor – Southampton
We are recruiting for an experienced Technical Warranty Advisor in Southampton
The role will involve managing customers warranty issues and technical enquiries, as well as organising technicians, parts and subcontractors in the completion of warranty work. The successful candidate will be organised, dedicated and committed to providing excellent customer satisfaction.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Oversee warranty work schedule and plan in work for technicians
- Organise flights, accommodation and hire cars where required
- Invoicing of job cards
- Managing, processing and progressing warranty claims
- Data input relating to all warranty claims
- Reconciling expenses
- Raising credits and credit control
- Maintaining warranty files, collating information and imagery relating to warranty claims
- Handling parts despatch
- Filing
- General office administration
- Assisting with other spread sheet and data info as and when required
- Answering the phone when reception are busy
