French Polisher/ Interior Boat Painter – Plymouth

Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for an experienced French Polisher, Interior Painter / Finisher to join our team based at Turnchapel Wharf, Plymouth, UK.

The role involves a 4-day week on a rolling rota, with 10 hour days.

Responsibilities include working on customer yachts, completing work to the highest standards. You will be responsible for maintaining the interior of the motor yachts including joinery, finishes and furnishings to a very high standard, using paint and polishing techniques.

The role will involve carrying out meticulous repairs to damaged panels, respraying, melted waxes, repairing dents, light carpentry.

Requirements:

• Experience within a similar position ideally within the Marine industry or a 5-star environment;
• Full UK / international driving licence;
• Effective organisational skills;
• Keen eye for detail and high standards of workmanship;
• Team player.
